You, as a user, give your express consent to the inclusion of your data in this file and to the sending of commercial information from the Gaia Cluster that may be of interest to you. Upon accepting the general terms and conditions, the Gaia Cluster will request some basic details from you in order to provide the services.

Completing the registration form is mandatory in order to access and use the site’s services. If you do not provide the personal data requested or do not accept the data protection policy, you will not be able to subscribe, register or participate in any promotion that requires personal information. The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, and hereby releases Cluster Gaia from any liability in this regard. The user guarantees and is responsible, in all cases, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and undertakes to keep it up to date as necessary. The user undertakes to provide complete and correct information on the registration or subscription form. Clúster Gaia accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information not produced by itself or from another source, and assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of such information. Clúster Gaia reserves the right to update, modify or remove any information contained on the pages of its website, as well as to restrict or deny access to such information. Clúster Gaia accepts no liability for any damage or cost that the user may incur as a result of an error, defect or omission in the information provided by Clúster Gaia, provided that this information originates from sources external to the group.

HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
The data we process at Clúster Gaia has been obtained from you via (i) the various forms you complete whilst browsing the WEBSITE (e.g. contact forms, etc.); (ii) by sending an email with an enquiry; and/or (iii) by sending an email applying for a job or referring to an open recruitment process at Clúster Gaia.
In the event that the personal data provided belongs to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the PRIVACY POLICY and have obtained their authorisation to provide their data to Clúster Gaia for the purposes set out below.

WHAT KIND OF DATA DO WE PROCESS?
